European Management Association and CEC European Managers Join Forces.
On the 4th of December, a Co-operation Agreement has been signed between the two Organizations, in London. This Agreement envision the development of Management and Leadership in European companies with a possible effect in the European Economy.
The Agreement has been signed by Mr. Ludger Ramme President of CEC European Managers and Mr. Dinos Lambrinopoulos President of the European Management Association (EMA) during the semi annual General Assembly meeting of EMA .
The first target of this Agreement should be the joint co-operation of the two bodies in a European Conference which will be mainly organized by AMM (Association of Montenegro Managers) in Montenegro on the 6th of June in Montenegro.
Both Organizations have agreed to start working on common projects with joint working teams from January 2016.
President of CEC Mr. Ludger Ramme confirmed that: The specific Agreement is more than simply symbolic. It will give us the possibility to improve our commitment to management issues within CEC and develop Leadership issues in companies Secretary General of CEC Mr. Luidgi Caprioglio concluded that: This Agreement is very important for us, as it will allow for CEC to commit more efficiently to its mission and better respond to the expectation of our affiliates President of European Management Association Mr. Dinos Lambrinopoulos stated: It is the right time for Managers all over Europe to be together and try to help Companies, Organizations and National Economies to improve, therefore we are very pleased with the signing of this Agreement because the first and the only message it has to pass to everybody, is that we will try together Vice President of EMA Dr. Peter Rudhart stated : We are welcoming, this Agreement and we commit as EMA that we will do our best to have tangible results for our members and for Management all around Europe.
